How Kellridge Uses AI Draft
Kellridge Pty Ltd (ACN 703 624 202, ABN 39 703 624 202), a proprietary company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia — kellridge.com/ai Version: Draft 0.1 — TBC: for the Managing Director to confirm every statement before publishing (27 Oct 2026)
We help organisations govern AI responsibly, so we think it is right to be open about how we use it ourselves.
Where we use AI tools
We may use AI tools to help with:
- research and summarising public sources, such as legislation, regulator guidance and standards;
- drafting and editing our own documents, and checking them for structure and clarity; and
- administrative tasks, such as organising notes and schedules.
[to confirm — the list of approved tools, e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot, and whether any other assistants are used]
Human review
AI does not make decisions or give advice on our behalf. A qualified person at Kellridge reviews, checks and takes responsibility for every piece of work we deliver. We check AI-assisted research against primary sources before we rely on it.
Client information
- We do not put client confidential or personal information into AI tools unless the tool is approved by Kellridge for that purpose, meets our security and privacy requirements (including no use of inputs to train models), and the client's engagement terms allow it.
- If a client prefers that AI tools are not used on their work, we will respect that.
[to confirm — the approved-tools register and the settings that back this up]
Independence
AI tools do not shape our professional judgement or recommendations. We do not accept payment or referral fees from AI vendors, and we disclose any relationship that could affect our independence. [to confirm — no vendor partnerships or reseller arrangements exist]
Our website
This website does not use AI chatbots, profiling or automated decision-making about visitors.
